ENERGETICS:  ""Energetics" refers to the scientific study of energy transformations and flows within a system, examining how energy is acquired, stored, and utilized, encompassing the various forms of energy and their interactions across different scales, whether in physical, chemical, or biological processes; essentially, it's the analysis of how energy moves and changes within a system."

ENERGY ARTS:  "Energetic arts are practices that use energy to improve health and well-being, including meditation, martial arts, and other practices.   A complementary and alternative medicine that aims to balance energy flow in the body. It can help with stress and anxiety.  Energetic arts can help you balance, focus, feel, and be in touch with all your senses.  They can also help you strengthen your bones, organs, glands, and muscles."

Trained to hold space for the subtle energies. Providing an environment for clients to heal themselves.  60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, and daily rates.  In person and distance sessions available great for corporate environments.
